Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements, coffee products, or consumable goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
